Below are the options for the 2023 Region V Symposium Industry Partner/Vendor registration.
On-site options available include:
  • Single Booth (include admission for up to 2 representatives)- $500
  • Double Booth (includes admission for up to 4 representatives) - $850
  • Single Booth + Outside Demo Vehicle - $900

VIP Sponsorship Opportunities:
  • Bronze Level: Session Speaker (with chair drop) (+ $100.00) 
  • Silver Level: Break (snack/coffee) (+ $200.00) 
  • Gold Level: Meal (breakfast or lunch) (+ $300.00) 
  • Platinum Level: Evening Social (+ $500.00)​

  4. Select VIP Sponsorship level (if desired)

  6. Click "Checkout"
  7. Fill in requested contact and payment information
  8. Review and submit registration
