Below are the options for the 2022 Region V Symposium Vendor registration.
On-site options available include:
  • Single Booth - $400
  • Single Booth + VIP - $500
  • Double Booth - $750
  • Double Booth + VIP - $850
  • Single Booth, VIP option + Outside Demo Vehicle - $850

What do you get with VIP option?
The VIP option includes:
  • 12 months of advertisement for your organization logo (URL will be linked to your company homepage) on our Region V website
  • One-time chair drop onsite at the event (vendor must provide all chair drop items at the event)
  • Extra VIP time with attendees
*It is the responsibility of the vendor to provide a high resolution logo to ASCLS Region V and URL address to company homepage prior to event

How to register:

  2. Select your registration option and add to you cart
  3. Click "Checkout"
  4. Fill in requested contact and payment information
  5. Review and submit registration
*A receipt will automatically be generated and sent directly  to the email provided with registration
